Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Exchange-First Policy

To better serve our customers and reduce unnecessary waste, we operate with an exchange-first approach whenever possible.

If your item qualifies for a return, we encourage:

  • Exchanges for a different size, or

  • Store credit toward a future purchase

Refunds are offered when an exchange or store credit is not appropriate or requested.


Store Credit Incentive

To thank you for supporting our mission and to help us steward resources wisely, we offer a store-credit-first incentive for eligible returns.

When choosing store credit instead of a refund:

  • Youโ€™ll receive store credit for the full purchase amount

  • Plus, an additional 10% bonus store credit as a thank-you

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase

Store credit is issued faster than refunds and allows you to continue supporting faith-inspired apparel while helping us reduce waste.

Refunds are always available when store credit or exchanges are not appropriate or requested.


We Accept Refunds If:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There is a manufacturing defect


Return Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected


Sizing & Preference

Because each item is prepared with care, we kindly ask customers to review our size charts before ordering. Refunds are not offered for incorrect sizing or personal preference, but we are happy to assist with exchanges or store credit when available.

Who pays for return shipping?

Do you accept returns for incorrect sizing or personal preference?

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or personal preference.
However, we are happy to assist with exchanges or store credit when available. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
